Other important things to include in your website is to tout your business is unique. You should be thinking of how'd you answer the question, "Who are you?". This includes detailing your expertise, and unique attributes your business has that sets you apart from the others.
What Do You Offer?
You should be very clear and concise about what you offer to your visitors. Be sure to provide a very obvious section on your homepage with some general information about your services or products.
It is very important to include contact information including a phone number and physical location. We believe you build credibility and trust with the customer. A phone number, street address and even photos of your office go a long way toward building credibility.
Clear descriptions of your processes. Let customers know how to use your website, how to order, how to contact you. Don't leave them guessing or they'll browse off to your competitor's website.
Encourage feedback about your products or services. And offer clear calls to action such as "Contact Us", "Buy It Now", "Sign Up Here", and "Click here for more information". The more visible your call to actions are, the more people will click through.
